The victim – identified as 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells – was found dead in a yard in Charlotte Hall, Maryland, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Two people who were in the back seat of the vehicle witnessed the deadly shooting, the sheriff’s office said. Webber allegedly asked them for their help in disposing of the body, but they refused, got out of the car, left the scene and ultimately flagged down officers with the La Plata Police Department, authorities said.

I read it many times and no where does it ever allude to an explanation or imply the means a quadruple amputee would have used to fire a gun. Perhaps you can assist the less abled like myself with a quote that I am failing to see.
This may come as a surprise to you, but there’s a huge breadth of knowledge in the world that each person experiences differently. Beyond that, language is not a perfect medium where what’s said can differ, in a precise technical sense, from what’s intended. We have a common phrase for this - ‘you know what I mean?’ Assuming every question that seems stupid or sarcastic actually is, only guarantees that you’re shooting down genuine questions in the crossfire. Some people haven’t had the luxury of a life experience teaching them how to properly form questions and use language at its full potential.
Instead of doing the right thing and assuming the question is being asked in good faith, you act, ironically, like a smug teenager; bullying and teasing. This, in turn, helps anti-intellectualism win. Your behavior is helping bring more of the very thing you seem irritated at (making an assumption based on your bitching). You can pretend to yourself that you’re doing the right thing and people just don’t understand. But it’s a façade. An immature and common one that I’m sick and tired of seeing.
