the only 2 things i could spot are the weirdly shaped figurines in the background and her left index finger looking odd
ooh its not much, have a look at the eyes.
they were clearly prompted to be heart-shaped but the model wasnt quite able to get the shape right, thus resulting g in some oil-paint style squiggles.
a human artiat would have just done

i’d also like to add that searching up the watermark will lead you to a photographer’s facebook which explicitly states that they use ai-gen, so that’s also pretty damning
