It’s easy to say mind your own business when it doesn’t have anything to do with you, but the science shows that this shit affects everyone, not just her. So people are valid in contesting those actions or making judgments based on this info.
Instead of legitimately asking for more info or clarification you went with the aloof, passive aggressive “cool” comment. If you were really interested in the discussion you would’ve had one, but you chose not to. So I responded my own viewpoint to either negg you back into real conversation or to expose your lack of legitimate care of the matter, destroying any credibility your claims may have held.

Sure she has made comments about using jets and then does the opposite, but like it’s obviously going to happen. Notice these same people don’t talk about musks rampent jet usage. I’ll be honest and say I’m kind of baiting the answer to see 1) how many people are all triggered by her (right wing fuckwits), 2) have let the right convince then this is that important, or 3) just genuinely have their own hatred towards her for it that isn’t related to current affairs/right wing conspiracists.
Short answer: the right are bored as fuck because they have to block out everything that’s happening so it leaves very little to do, so they make up false dramas to keep the base entertained because again, they’re only seeing the 10th of the world where they aren’t massive losers.

Yep. I get Taylor Swift using a jet. It’s by far the safest thing for her, especially since there are definitively millions of well armed nut-jobs that positively hate her thanks to the right-wing not wanting young kids voting.
This meme doesn’t help.
Sometimes yes, but also we’re already at 1.5C and she’s taking it for more than just like reasonable stuff. I can appreciate her politics, but people like her and Musk who use private jets with disturbing frequency are causing extreme damage to the planet
But do you appreciate the threat? She cannot go on public flights. That leaves driving, which is just as easily tracked, and would likely cause major traffic disruption.
She’s not just “kinda” famous, she’s Beatles famous in an era of very rapid communication. It would be like The Beatles on the rooftop of Apple Corps everyday, everywhere she went.
And some of those people will definitely want to harm her.
She might as well just become an aircraft at this point.
