But that doesn’t change down-ballot races, and it also doesn’t change the fact that they could’ve influenced the popular vote. I would’ve felt slightly better if Trump actually lost the popular vote. But people are stupid.
The system is what it is, and the whole point of individuals voting is to change the system - or at least slow the slide into disaster. So it’s still up to individuals.

The sad reality is this is only valid if you live in one of the 4 battleground states due to our shitty voting system.
If we had near 100% voter turnout, there’d be a hell of a lot more battleground states.

Yes but we must move to stop blaming the individuals and instead blame the systems that allowed this to happen.
Blaming the individuals restarts the neverending cycle and fractures communities.
