A number of far-right influencers, including Tim Pool and Steven Crowder, posted images of the wrong man while trying to refute claims the shooter was a white supremacist.

InfoWars is involved in the suit too.

Looks like Alex Jones has learned nothing. That, or he has no control over his hosts. Either way, I guess he’s about to lose even more money.

You mean to tell me the guy who knows all the ways you can learn doesn’t, in fact, know how to learn?

You’d think after a billion dollar judgment even a stupid person would tell his people, “don’t say anything that could get us sued anymore.”

        But I guess not.

Has he actually lost anything but time and attorney fees from those judgements? He still gets to live extremely well for someone who supposedly owes that much damn money to people

Those people won’t ever go bankrupt, they are funded by the ultra rich to spread hate. Those platforms don’t actually make a profit.

Reminds me of that time when Reddit tried to “help” find the Boston bombing suspect(s).

If getting sued would be the norm for falsely accusing someone of being a nazi then there would be trouble ahead for a ton of people especially on this platform.

They didn’t falsely accuse him of being a Nazi, they falsely accused him of committing a mass killing to provide cover for a Nazi.

The killer absolutely was a Nazi.
