Palantir currently holds contracts worth around £670m in the public sector, including major deals in health, defence, and policing. The largest—a £330m contract to manage healthcare data on the NHS Federated Data Platform
These corporations have to know that they NEVER have things locked down, they can always lose business. Pulling the plug on a major contract with a major company, will send a harsh message to the rest, and go a long ways to keeping them in line.
And it will make Peter Thiel cry, which is nice.
