Haha, I remember proposing something similar few months ago on this community, and got some decent criticisms about the idea, mainly how people might just create alt accounts to increase their odds.
You would have my vote for a sortition based moderation even with this flaw, though.
don’t get me started on true decentralized content moderation. I had to cease that research due to finances.
