Edit: the violence is holding her in jail for 6 months. I’m not trying to dehumanize the victim for allegedly “yelling at imaginary people”. Even a magistrate judge is quoted as noting you can’t hold someone in jail for that, after she spent six months in jail.
They know English so violence isn’t the only language. Jokes aside, there are mental health and poverty services but it is lacking in most areas and full of scammers. Whoever made the decision to release her into the winter, with fall clothes, should be charged with murder, along with those who transported her, and dumped her.

I love that the county coroner refused to deal with ICE in any way. They didn’t even tell them that she was dead, they had to get confirmation in the news media.
Also, that the judge had to tell Homeland Security that they couldn’t keep her locked up because it’s not illegal to threaten an imaginary person. THAT was her crime.
I don’t want prison for ICE, I want death. They have earned the hatred.
Prison is too kind and offers too many loopholes. We know what to do with fascists.
We have investigated ourselves and found no wrongdoings. I don’t have high hopes, blue lives > homeless lives and that’s about the situation the whole world round. Problem is humans are tribalistic and their tribe is more important to them than justice or truth. That is unless the guilty party is already disliked by said tribe and they’re looking for an excuse to exile them, then you get something looking like justice but isn’t.
