    This is an ad by a “senior marketing specialist” at FamilyTreeDNA, one of those invasive, direct-to-consumer, 23andMe-style personal genomics companies.

    This is functionally a human interest story loosely dressed up as meaningful history and wrapped in an advertisement. Here’s the Wikipedia article on Ötzi for an actual history.

    I’m freaked out by how identical their nose is, but fortunately for the guy on the right, the similarities basically end there. You might disagree if you’re into cavemen.
