China’s government has told the country’s top oil refiners to suspend exports of diesel and gasoline as an escalating conflict in the Persian Gulf disrupts the arrival of crude from one of the world’s largest producing regions.
The Yemenis are going to beast on them again just wait. They have great positioning for this especially once the regional radar (very important part of Iron Dome in Gulf monarchies, the loss of which is the reason warning time dropped by ≥80%) is completely obliterated.
Why would Iran deny China passage? Are they using mines incapable of discriminating between chinese flagged tankers and others?
I think it simply comes down to that the Usonian pirate fleet would probably just sink the oil tankers heading to China.
They didn’t do that when Yemenis closed the area to US and Israeli-linked ships, but let Chinese and other ships pass freely.
I’m just guessing, tho. That time there wasn’t a US fleet right next to them of that size, the conflict wasn’t that big.
There’s been 3 different carrier fleets off the coast of Yemen doing Operation

Iran is not the only player here.
