Shifting Trump tariffs have created a nightmare for UPS, as thousands of packages from overseas pile up at its hubs while they await customs clearance.
I’m not pro company or anything, but why should ups have to pay to do that.
I would say they should give them to a third party to auction off, but since they didn’t clear customs, I can’t see how they could do that either.

If UPS sells you shipping, they need to deliver. Or refund and return. It is basic business deal; don’t promise what you can’t deliver.
If they wanna blame Trump or customs or whatever, they can do that.
FedEx could demand a deposit for return shipping on bounced packages. It’s paperwork to refund that but it helps them avoid indolence.
Did I just solve the problem of cheap knockoff tech gear being shipped from the discard pile at the child labour factory, guys?
