Best you can probably do is buy a head unit replacement with Android Auto support. The big-brand ones that work as well as native Android Auto support cost a small fortune, but there are head units available for as “little” as $200 (though you will need to do your own research about fit and wiring if you go for the cheap brands).

I think you can still navigate, just not with the assistant function.
Yep. I’m in the same boat. If it can’t be used to generate ad revenue, Google doesn’t seem to care about it.
