Setting --> About Phone --> Software information --> Tap Build Number 7 times, type pin if prompted. --> Back to Main Settings menu --> Developer Options --> Look for a “Allow Bootloader to be Unlocked” or similar wording. If you can check the box, it should be bootloader unlockable. (I’ve never tried it myself, I just dig around settings a lot through curiosity)

To maintain anonymity:
Create a new account over Tor or No-Log VPN, never log in using a Real IP address, never share personal identifiable information, and never share your username (or instance name) with anyone IRL.
When using any public forum, you cannot resonably expect privacy, but anonymity is what you should be looking for.
If you used Tor or a Reputable No-Log VPN, just check the “delete all posts and comments” and delete your account. You should be safe.
If not, then ask your instance admin to delete logs of your IP and then delete your account along with all posts and comments. If they follow through, you should be safe.
If you don’t use Tor or VPN, and your admin refuses, or lies to you about deleting the IP, then you have no recourse but to go to settings, check the box, and delete your account, and hope your adversaries don’t gain the cooperation of your instance admin (e.g. Legal Orders to obtain information).
Edit: The info isn’t gonna be completely gone, but if you didn’t post any personal identifiable information, it’s just a random stranger’s post on the internet, not attributed to you.

I doubt they actually owe ¥800 in total, because they could have just pay 99 other workers ¥8 less and can still pay this person ¥792, this way, the factory owner only owes ¥8 to 100 different individuals rather than oweing ¥800 to one individual. I doubt someone is gonna do arson for ¥8 delayed payment.
