I’ve been pretty happy with my Pixel Tablet running GrapheneOS. I don’t know everything you’re hoping to do, so maybe Android won’t work for you. However, I’ve been using Plex, Newpipe, Termux, Roon, and other apps, and it’s working well for me.
The stand still works as a speaker when connected as well, which is nice.
It’s a pet peeve of mine when people describe scientific progress as a miracle.
It’s not a miracle. It’s the result of a ton of work from many, many people. It’s also something that if you research it, you can probably understand it…at least on a basic level.
Semiconductor manufacturing is hard, but it’s something that humans are very good at, and we figured it out by ourselves.
If I were them I would definitely keep it up at least until the IPO so they can still count that traffic.

There’s one you can use with Home Assistant that works pretty well for home automation commands.

Pro tip: get audiobooks from your library…along with paper books, ebooks, games, movies, etc.
