It’s not a decision to obey. It’s just a boring skit they put on once in a while. I feel like the kids’ Model UN has more actual impact on society than the UN and its toothless performative bullshit
It’s obvious why OP is ashamed. But why aren’t you? Proud of your nation’s quiet support of a genocide?
Couldn’t pay me $10M to live in a building with that fuck’s name on it. Hope they’ll all ashamed of their address.
This, but also if it’s this bad for me, why would I create more people to partake?
Jonathan would draw yuge crowds.
Their leadership should be broken up into smaller pieces.
Narrator: they won’t.
I’d guess the Toyota one is just coincidental.
Only because things are too expensive for plebes to buy outright! Mortgages are basically subscriptions too. Or “layaway” at least.
Thanks to monthly payments for everything, you can have whatever TV you want!
This is all a red herring. Our SUV’s, stupid as they may be, are statistically barely relevant compared to effects of corporate greed and pollution on the rest of us. Point the blame where it belongs: at the ruling class for having the knowledge and means to have avoided all of this, but chose not to.
Just a child sex enthusiast, I guess?
Post screenshots as Lemmy content!

Pretty much anyone running a church is doing the same shit, no? He just got cocky about it, sounds like. Gotta at least pretend to be humble whilst grifting your flock
$400M ought to fuck them somewhat, but I guess in oil bucks, it’s probably not going to sting for long…
Stop putting people on hold, period. We have the technology to just call back when they’re at or near the top of the queue. If they miss their call, maybe their number gets priority for an hour or something. Either way, when I get put on hold, I mostly fantasize about murdering whoever set up that system.
This guy fences and / or thieves.
But we aren’t intelligent without human training, either…
Expecting corporations to “solve important problems in the world” is foolish though. You should expect your government to tax them fairly so that they can work on people problems and maybe it takes corporations a few years longer to afford their own fleet of nuclear power stations.
