I mod a worryingly growing list of communities. Ask away if you have any questions or issues with any of the communities.
I also run the hobby and nerd interest website scratch-that.org.

Just 2e Iron Hands.
His Space Wolves were painted over a long period of time, with many different techniques and paint brands. This lead to them looking inconsistent. I’m doing a lot of work to make his army cohesive.
I get the appeal of desaturation, but I’ve found it tends to only work with very small groups for things like RPGs or for dioramas. For big wargame armies, I try to make figures pop to give them as much clarity as possible when there is a crowd.

That’s what I thought you meant, I was just trying to confirm, as I sometimes feel a step behind in tech conversions.
It is annoying not to have a button on the UI, but once you learn the hotkey this becomes a non-issue unless I’m missing something? I suppose this is an issue, but for a piece of free software like this it sort of feels like making a mountain out of a molehill.
Russian media: “The powerful and manly Russian Navy has sailed right up to the cowardly Amerikkka NATO degenerates, and they did nothing! They fear the might of Russia, just as their mercenaries in Ukraine fear it! All hail the T-14!”
Etc, etc.
It’s true that it’s an imperfect measurement, but it is the closest to a useful illustration that I have.
I’m trying to avoid the whole one upping thing while just warning that if Sriracha is given an example of peak spicy, I’d caution to start slow on Korean hot foods that are labeled with extreme packaging. Not saying don’t try, but small bites to check instead of diving in.
Are you able to parse the difference between people who eat hot food because they enjoy it, and people who don’t normally eat hot food being fed extremely hot food for YouTube clicks?
Frozen tteokbokki takes slightly longer to make, but is worth a few extra minutes.
I like the Ktown Mad Spicy as a pretty consistent go-to. You can make your own and go even hotter, but of course less convenient than frozen.
You might have a high spice tolerance, I don’t know, but if you are exemplifying Sriracha as an example, I would suggest caution. Korean spicy food doesn’t play when it says things like “2x heat!” on the package.
Sriracha is about 2200SHU, the recalled noodles are 10,000SHU.
If you enjoy Korean red paste, it’s a good heat, but some people don’t quite know what they are getting into. If you’re used to eating 100k or 200k SHU stuff, go for it, but I know there’s a lot of tolerance variation from 2k to 200k people.
Isn’t that basically Dusk?
He still is, but as he’s become a kind of mythical figure in gaming history he has also become so in universe.
He can’t keep getting away with it.
I’m both posting as high output as I feasibly can of OC, and aggregating links from blogs and creators I follow to !tabletopminis@lemmy.world, as a way to minimize reddit content.
!wargaming@lemmy.world is also full of links to articles and blog content relevant to the hobby that isn’t ripped from reddit.
!warhammer40k@lemmy.world has a small but regular community.
So many people complain about dead niche communities or niche communities only recycling reddit content. If that same energy was put in service to making new content, the communities would be improved. There is a bystander problem where loads of people complain, but if you check the profiler of the complainer, you often find few to no posts.
His review of Homeworld Cataclysm (“Emergence”) made me buy the game just based on how he talked about the plot and tone.
Because none of the characters in the picture know what they are doing.
Sure, I’ll put together a group post.
Yes, I’ve done a bunch. I’ll put together a group post.
