Well now I’m even more excited… What about mods (assuming it supports them). For example AC had content manager. Hopefully a “Content Manager” is no longer required for mods.

Hell yeah, can’t wait! One of the few modern franchises I care about. Would be amazing if we had Linux support but unfortunately I know that isn’t going to happen.
I couldn’t either… I ended up using dd, though it’s probably not the best way by a long shot.
Looks good, seems like an interesting concept. Will keep my eyes peeled for that one.
May I ask which extension you are using?
Well perhaps I should have specified, but I tried it a couple years ago at least.
XFCE would be my go-to if I used a DE. I tried LXQT briefly in a VM but I found it a little unpolished.
You do you I guess. If you scroll down far enough on the android app home screen it will start displaying recommended content in the typical short-form layout. I believe you can also click on a small rectangle on some playlists and it will do a similar thing.
Humane Labs?
The UI that gets progressively worse with each update, ruining what was perfectly fine before. The attempts to create the audio focused equivalent of TikTok.
Which window manager/desktop environment are you using? If you are using a desktop environment is there an application called startup applications or something of the like? I personally use my window manager’s config file to startup applications. EDIT: changed WM to window manager and DE to desktop environment.
See episode “Metalhead”.
I don’t know, personally I’ve never liked the idea behind that app. It seems like a massive privacy risk. I know if it is open source there is less of a risk, but I still don’t like the idea of people being encouraged to constantly post themselves and their surroundings.
Ahh, thanks for that, I’m probably making shit up.
True, although correct me if I’m wrong, people have issues with the flatpak version? I apologise if I’m talking out my ass, I couldn’t tell you what these “problems” are. It may just be a baseless claim. XD
Exactly.
Although I disagree with some of the points (which have been mentioned in other comments), I do wish Steam had less of a monopoly. That’s not to say I blame Valve, I just think there is a lack of good competitors and people willing to budge. Epic launcher is just a joke. I only use it for the free games, which is why I assume they are giving away the games for free in the first place. Not enough people use GOG. Thankful to Valve for making proton, Linux gaming would be a lot worse than it is if it weren’t for proton. But damn, make a 64 bit client already, I have to use the multilib repo because it is the only 32 bit application on my system XD. EDIT: not to mention the terrible performance on some older systems.
Yeah I hope modding support stays.
