Privacy@lemmy.ml•How to prevent websites from tracking you (all browsers)
1·27 days agoLibrewolf does that by default, among other things. And as thanksforallthefish mentioned, in settings you can whitelist some pages to prevent cookie deletion, if you want to remain logged in.

Games@lemmy.world•Crimson Desert Includes Denuvo DRM, To Nobody’s DelightEnglish
5·3 months agothank you guys. Besides the updates size being so large, which is indeed annoying, my biggest concern is its effect on performance. The game looks very ambitious and computationally intensive by itself, so i am curious about how will it run when adding this extra layer of computation. I guess, as always, it is a good idea to take my time and see the reviews before jumping into buying it.

I completely agree with you. I am just frustrated at the fact that everything seems to get rotten sooner or later.
Just for the record, I personally use Vanadium on Android, which is what comes by default in GrapheneOS. So far I am happy with it as well.
I also keep an eye on ladybird, but they still have a long road to walk before i consider it a viable option for my day to day.
There’s been a somewhat recent controversy with regards to stock Firefox selling our data. Many switched to LibreWolf fork after that.
