They’ve added energy potions as a common drop to low level monsters like the Goblins in Lumbridge.
UI scaling
Noticed your interface is tiny. Check out the preinstalled Stretched Mode plugin in Runelite to scale the UI up. If it looks blurry, change the UI scaling option in the GPU plugin (I use Bicubic Catmull-ROM)
tip for members
Definitely eye up the Fairytale quests, start of Pt 2 unlocks fairy rings, arguably the most powerful TP system in the game. And completing Ardougne medium diary gives you unlimited TPs to the monastery, early game way to a fairy ring.
