Sounds like something a fat stupid American would say.

My pc has lasted 14 years (and I expect another 40) and been capable of playing every game in that time because I’ve been able to upgrade it without dropping thousands at once.
Apple products are good for sure, but they don’t let the consumer choose very much. Sometimes that’s good (I always advocated apple products for my grandparents) but more often than not it’s just annoying.
I buy a new android phone every 3ish years and give my old one to my mum, she’s never had one break yet so all mine have had at least 5-6 years life before she upgrades to my latest old one (and possibly it still has years left). I don’t buy the idea that Apple phones last longer than Android at all.
What upgrades? Not doubting you, just curious what you’ve been able to do.
That was kinda the point I was making because apple don’t really let you upgrade hardware so if you want an improved computer better go spend a couple grand on our shiny new one with a 0.2mm thinner screen!
They definitely make good products, and I advised my grandparents to stick to apple because it’s more intuitive for a non techy person, and because they’re all identical and customer support would be easier to deal with.
Phones matter a bit less I suppose because we’re not all upgrading hardware in android phones, they did recently lose a court case for deliberately throttling speeds on old devices though didn’t they?
Has anyone ever really believed that? It became very apparent very quickly that their MO was getting customers to buy only Apple products and then to replace them as often as they could get away with.
What a strange choice to make. I don’t remember that ever being on mine but I’m not using it all that much so might have just not noticed to be fair.
Cats didn’t domesticate themselves by being fed directly by humans. But humans still brought the food because humans bring rats and mice with them, cats stuck around for the greater volume of prey.
And the scritches, obviously.
I have no idea what napster offers, does it have the same amount of music and family plans available?
Not normin but I’ve never had a problem either. Here’s the screen I get when I open a playlist, can toggle between shuffle, smart shuffle and normal to the left of the play button.
Does yours look different?
Thinking you need more money does not mean you’re greedy though.
Even if we get nothing else from those last seasons, at the very least it’ll serve as a warning to show runners in future. You can be responsible for one of the biggest and best shows ever but if you don’t stick the landing people will never forgive you.
I wonder how they feel about it now, what a waste of an opportunity.
This isn’t strictly speaking a proof, but it did help me to accept it as it demonstrates the function that makes it 1.
2^3 = 2x2x2
2^2 = 2x2
(23)/(22) = (2x2x2)/(2x2) = 2
= 2^(3-2)
In general terms:
(xa)/(xb) = x^(a-b)
If a and b are the same number this is x^0 and obviously (xa)/(xa) is one because anything divided by itself is 1.
Hope that helps
My graphics card isn’t horrible actually to be fair. I’ve got an RTX 2070 but it’s on a 10 year old AM3 motherboard with DDR3 in it so it’s time to replace cpu/mobo/ram.
At the moment it’s not playable for me, I forced myself to play the first few hours but speech visual lags behind the audio and I’m stuck waiting for 10seconds with every sentence. I know loading screens aren’t great for anyone but a solid minute for each screen wasn’t doable either.
I was a huge fan of oblivion and I remember staying up into the early hours at uni waiting for the crack to be released. I put 16 hours in on the first day and never really looked back.
Currently wrestling with whether or not I can justify spending £800 on my pc to play starfield…
You literally told them that if they’re gonna argue animal cruelty they’d better stop eating all animal products…
Nobody mentioned corporations until you either, for all we know 8847 might do everything you said in your comment anyway.
Do you really think the best way for the world to change is adopting an all or nothing attitude?
What improves the planet more? 1 person becoming hardcore vegan or 1000 people eating meat one day a week instead of seven?
See the problem?
1080p is fine for me. That’s great, thanks mate :)
How would one go about doing this? I’ve been maintaining my bluray collection because I want my favourite films always available but I haven’t tried to rip anything in over a decade and I think I did it badly even then.
A software recommendation would be brilliant. Cheers.
Wait what? Is this a hot take? Do most drivers in America not bother when they think nobody is around?
Even in petrol cars automatic transmissions are more common than manual for new cars now. Automatic has just become better and better, and there’s just very little reason to have a manual these days.
