I played Cyberpunk 2077 and Hitman: World of Assassinations. In Cyberpunk 2077 one hack in the game is to literally make the car explode (you need to be a high level Netrunner for that) and other hacks involve making the car accelerate unstoppably or engage emergency brakes (rendering it immobile). I’ve seen Teslas not only burn like hell with the doors somehow having an autolock feature always engaging at that time. It just makes me wonder how long it will be before one such Tesla fire is found to be a deliberate action by another to commit murder?

At first I was incredulous, but then I saw a comment that pointed out that not too long ago a Trump supporter really did fire at firefighters doing their jobs (and climbing ladders). Not only that, but he was the one who started the fire in the first place to bait them.

Even in Canada, which never had an issue with terrorism, has passed many laws heavily infringing on people’s freedoms and are trying to pass the biggest one yet with Bill C-2, even though it actually weakens border protections and gives American companies far, far more ability to surveil Canadians than ever before. This is when violence and terror threats have been greatly diminishing for years (and not because of some BS laws).
So they will know where I have been? Even though I am not American… I remember when the British government demanded that Apple give them that kind of information on all iPhone users all over the world and Apple told them to go fuck themselves.
