Some serious crystal ball vibes
I have definitely considered setting up a bunch of accounts that just spit out random comments every couple of minutes generated from LLM’s with very bad prompts. But as much as I hate that site, I’m not going to actively make other users’ experiences worse. Hopefully they’ll just learn they should leave it.

There used to be an entire subreddit that basically did this. There were hundreds of fake users each posting and commenting. No real users were allowed to post or comment. I loved it because they would sort of mirror what was currently on the front page but in much more ridiculous way.
Edit: It was called subreddit simulator.
Loved reading that subreddit when it first appeared, it was interesting to see it sometimes just hit the mark with whatever nonsense it came up with.
Yup I remember it well. It was a cool experiment before the LLM/“AI” boom kind of soured me on the whole concept lol
