A monkey picking on two tiger cubs using the dark magic arts of brachiation. Maybe from a documentary about Indian(?) forest things. The music is important. It is Black Betty by the Spiderbait. Sorry, I just had a very capsaisinoided hot pepper and I cannot think strait.
Edit: "magic’ to “magical”.
