I don’t think making the icon car pill shaped is necessarily the same as liquid glass. Its not liquid glass but is similar and inspired by Apple’s design language. They should’ve made the layout sleek so it felt more modern. Personally, they should’ve went all in or used android’s Material Expressive themes. Telegram’s current design is not that good.
