They have veto rights to not send an international colonization army to Palestine. Nobody is expecting China to liberate Palestine with guns. But here they are fully complicit.
The US isn’t constrained by the UN. But let’s pretend they are. Even if China or Russia vetoed all they’d get is the international community blaming them for the conflict not being resolved, while Gazans would still be genocided. I’m not happy with it either, but it is what it is.
The US is literally constrained by the UN they can’t send an international colonization force to disarm Hamas if China or Russia vetoes it.
