I struggle with being kind. I like being kind, and I try to be often. But I don’t feel great, so it’s been hard. It’s kinda like the whole “put your oxygen mask on before assisting the person next to you”.
I wana be kind to everyone, but I’m kinda just putting on a mask so that I don’t bum people out and so that maybe other people can feel better.
Hang in there. This is only temporary and you will get through this. You are not alone.

If you can turn the wheel, you can use the turn signal. It should be muscle memory
They can’t hear you though, it’s healthier to acknowledge and express your feelings than just stomp it all down.
