In the event you don’t get it, context; Poltergeist (1982 film)
Ok I need context
Narrator: The summer was… not lit
Spielburg never read the Bardo Thodle before making that movie. Tbf, I hadn’t yet, either.
I suppose it would have given a new meaning, or a different understanding, of the chaos in the film. Come to think of it (been a long time since I have seen the film) I can’t remember if there was a slant to any one religion injected in the film. Seems like it was very vaguely worded, ‘passing over to the other side,’ ‘angry spirits,’ and the ‘beast.’
I can’t remember, but I did love the movie. Crowley said the same things, basically.
Context?
Put it in the body of the meme.
That’s the cast of Poltergeist.
Guessing they’re dead because of said pool
