if we never get to expand beyond earth or are exterminated then yes but without any of those limiting factors the percentage would probably stay the same because exponential growth
Nah even without extraterrestrial expansion or extermination the % will decrease. Space and resources are limited and populations that don’t adapt reproduction numbers to the limitations of the system they live in won’t remain. Like a dying lake.
