Well, its legal now in Germany
Well not completely, only consuming and self growing. It’s still not legal to sell or buy weed. But at least you can legally buy seeds and cuttings.
I know, but thats still much better than it was before and I think we will slowly move towards full legalisation.
But seeds were actually always legal, you just werent allowed to plant them.
What is also good is that weed is no longer classified as a narcotic (Betäubungsmittel), so it can be prescribed like any other medicine. While medicinal Cannabis was legal before, the hurdles to get it were way too high.

I’m very confused, with the farm bill being passed doesn’t ever state have the opportunity for delta 8 and delta 9 products? (Unless of course you live in a fucked state that made sure to pass a law against it after it was passed) I’m deep in the Bible belt and we have THC products at almost every store…
It’s not the same.
Show me where you are getting your information from
Personal experience. Delta-8 does literally nothing to me.
Delta 9 is available too, reread. So now what?
Not really, no. It can have tiny, tiny percentages of Delta 9. Anything more than, iirc, 0.3% Delta 9 thc is considered full blown cannabis and is still federally illegal.
For comparison, the thc carts I vape are between 80-90% Delta 9 thc. But I live in a legal state.
80-90 percent Delta 9 doesn’t mean anything to me… 80-90 percent of what? Tell me how many grams or milligrams of d9 or whatever is in each of the typical products that you use please or shoot a URL or pic. I’m genuinely interested in what you think is different.
80-90 percent of what?
…80-90 percent of Delta 9 thc. Literally what are you confused about? The size of the cart has nothing to do with how potent the actual thc concentration is.
I buy 1g carts, which means there is .8-.9g of delta 9 thc in them. The 3g carts you showed in another comment legally cannot be more than 0.3% delta 9 thc, which means at MOST they contain .009g of delta 9 thc, 100 times less than what I can get in a single gram from a actual dispensary cart. That’s about how much I can get in a couple hits, let alone the whole cart 🤣.
“Operators with enough hemp also could extract sufficient delta-9 THC to produce and ship gummies and other infused products that are functionally identical to state-regulated marijuana across the U.S.” https://mjbizdaily.com/hemp-derived-thc-producers-wary-of-us-farm-bill/
Sooo your source is a sketchy website with a quote claiming they can be “functionally identical”(whatever that even actually means), but without any actual lab testing of the thc concentrations to back that up. Oh, and the article specifically mentions how these are at best questionably legal to sell, and the fda has actively warned against them.
Also, edibles are a completely different story than concentrates. You can pack a bunch of delta 9 in and still be compliant because the actual food aspect of the edible counts towards the total concentration. 15mg of delta 9 thc in a 5g piece of chocolate is no big deal. For a single “farm bill compliant” vape cart to have the same amount(by weight) of delta 9 thc in it as my 1g dispensary cart, though, it would have to be oh… about 10 ounces(edited to correct, originally said pounds) of other junk.
Good stuff.
It’s simply not as effective psychoactively due to its chemical structure. This is why it can be sold legally, due to the chemical structure differing from Delta-9 THC. As a long time cannabis user, delta 8 does absolutely nothing for me.

Delta 9 is available via the farm bill as well… just like I mentioned
With no more than .3% of THC. Delta-9 females produce hemp, so yes, you can buy hemp and CBD from a plant that produces the Delta-9 compound, but no, it will not have a significant amount of THC to be classified as cannabis on the scheduled drug list.
In short, according to the FDA, those products you see in those stores are not classified as marijuana.
That 0.3% is by weight and gummies can be dense af. Plenty of farm bill products advertise ∆9 on the packaging.
If they are legal, they are required to be FDA approved and not classified as marijuana. I am also in the Bible belt for reference and anything store bought has never done anything for me, gummies or otherwise.
Where? Ohio’s legal recreational market is getting closer to opening. But not tonight.
It is?
