The Delphi book never came in useful again, but as a stand it was perfect. On the screen, Linux and conferences, 21 years ago…
I see that ICQ app. 🥰
Uh-oh
That’s my phone notification tone
Yeah, I think I had a five digit, but I’m not sure
i had 8 and still have it memorized. it was so good before AOL ruined it like it ruined everything it touched
And then trillian fixed everything, and then Facebook and google broke it again, and then signal kinda fixed stuff, and then they broke it themselves. Or at least that’s been my experience.
You were still on in 03? I figured everyone migrated by then, or at least were using Trillian.
Also, 5 digits? l337
Most people don’t know how impressive that is.
Yeah, I thought mine was low and I had a 7-digit number.
It started with a 1 though, so I was cooler than all those other 7-digit slowpokes 😎
I tried to sell a five digit in in college on ebay when I really needed some cash, and they terminated the auction on me. It was over $200 in mid-00’s money. I’m not still bitter.
Gosh, I wonder if I could find mine through old backups. I’m too lazy to discover the answer to this question. I just thought it was an interesting possibility.
Such an industrious kitty!
Good cloud
Oh my, Delphi.
that looks like some old-school GNOME on Red Hat
More like KDE. See the terminal icon.
